14 DAY RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your boots! Items must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt and be returned in their original condition (will not accept damaged, altered, or worn) and must include all original packaging.

NEED TO EXCHANGE?

We will gladly offer exchanges for the same color/price within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and in their original condition.

To request an exchange, please email info@mironcrosby.com with the size you need. Once the item has been received, we will send you the new item.

HOW DO I RETURN?

Footwear must include the original packaging and be returned in its original condition. Please email us at info@mironcrosby.com and we will provide return instructions.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

We kindly ask that you allow 7-10 business days from the time we receive your package for returns to be processed.
