Miron Crosby, founded and based in Dallas, TX, is a bespoke cowboy boot brand that produces artisanal boots for women, men and children. Miron Crosby delights with offerings of stock boots and a custom design service allowing clients to create a one-of-a-kind pair. Miron Crosby’s flagship store is located in Highland Park Village in Dallas with a second retail location in Aspen, CO. Miron Crosby Palm Beach Pop-up will open October 1st 2023 until May 2023

Job Title: Sales Associate, Miron Crosby Palm Beach

Job Description:

• Assist Miron Crosby clients and guests with their needs throughout the store and close sales
• Develop customer relationships by consistently delivering best-in-class customer service as a boot expert and store representative 
• Extend exceptional hospitality and communicate company values and brand philosophy to all customers 
• Create a customer database and manage customer follow-up  
• Run individualized design consultations 
• Be an expert on product knowledge and store operations and policies
• Assist with critical store operations such as re-merchandising, inventory management, and store organization/cleanliness/maintenance
• Participate in and attend all store meetings and other related functions
• Continuously communicate any and all customer feedback relating to merchandise and offer insight to the product development and design teams based on sales and customer feedback 
• Be a source of positivity and maintain an uplifting work environment
• Ability to establish and grow a clientele book
• Some heavy lifting required

Qualifications:  

• Posses strong selling and people skills 
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and co-workers 
• Results driven individual that is self-motivated 
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills
• Must be able to work a part time (15-30 hours) per week, flexible schedule including weekends and some holidays as needed
• Previous retail experience preferred
• Technology savvy, familiarity with Shopify preferred
• Genuine joy for providing high-touch customer service
