What is your return policy?

We happily accept returns on any of our stock boots. We do not accept returns on customized, worn, or damaged boots. Your return must be postmarked and sent back in original condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt to receive a full refund. Orders returned between 14-30 days will be available for in-store credit.

Do you offer store credit?

If you'd like to return your boots after 14 days, we will accept unworn and in original packaging, stock merchandise for store credit within 30 days.

Can I return custom boots?

Because these boots are uniquely designed for each customer, we can not accept returns on any customized boots.

Thank you so much for your purchase of Miron Crosby boots. We want you to love your boots, however, if you are not satisfied with your boots, we ask that you create your return label and ship them back to us. Items must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt and returned in original condition and packaging. We will not accept worn, altered, or damaged merchandise. Start your return here.

Shipping

When can I expect my oder to arrive?

For orders placed after 1 PM CST, delivery times will go into effect the following business day. All online orders that are placed Saturday will be shipped out the following Monday.

How do you ship your boots?

All Miron Crosby orders are shipped via FedEx. 

Is there free shipping?

We offer free ground shipping, returns, and exchanges. No minimum spend, and no additional worries.

Do you ship internationally?

For international orders outside of the US, please e-mail info@mironcrosby.com.

Are there any shipping + delivery restrictions?

Miron Crosby does not ship boots containing python or crocodile to California.

Size + Fit

How snug should my boots feel?

Our luxury cowboy boots are designed to hug the instep of your foot and to slip in the heel. Traditionally, cowboy boots were designed to slip in the heel so as to correctly sit in the stirrups of a saddle. Your boots, however, should not slip so much in the heel that you experience discomfort. We always recommend that you try your boots on with the types of socks you typically wear with your boots so that you can ascertain how they feel with socks on. 

Do your boots have insoles?

All Miron Crosby boots come with a pair of removable insoles. Our boots are made to be worn with or without them — it is completely your personal preference, but often customers prefer the insoles for a bit of cushion and to have the boots fit more snugly. If you are having a hard time getting your boots on, we recommend removing your insoles. Alternatively, if you feel they are a bit big, we recommend inserting the insoles.

Will my boots stretch?

We are often asked if the boots will stretch. They will not stretch, but with wear, they will break in and mold comfortably to the shape of your foot. 

Care Tips

How should I care for my new boots?

We select each Miron Crosby leather and material for its exceptional quality. Leathers will deepen and soften over time to develop distinct patinas.  Marks and wrinkles are not imperfections, instead, they are reflective of the organic nature of the material. 

To be sure your boot last a lifetime, please remember to: 

Clean And Condition | Clean boots with a soft cloth and non-alkaline leather cleaner, then rinse with water. We recommend our Miron Crosby cloth and leather care cream, sold online and in stores. Conditioning boots regularly will allow colors and textures to become richer with every wear. Always clean before conditioning. Leather care cream is intended for smooth leathers only, not suede or exotics.

Keep Cool And Dry | Direct heat is hazardous to your boots. If they get wet, air dry them upright with inserted boot trees.
