Miron Crosby delights with offerings of stock boots and a custom design service allowing clients to create a one-of-a-kind pair. Miron Crosby’s second and third retail locations are in Aspen, CO and Houston, TX.

Job Title: Customer Experience Associate 

Location: Dallas, TX (on-site)

Job Description: 

  • Drive Customer Experience and Service for Miron Crosby across eCommerce and Retail channels.
  • Identify customer needs, respond to customer queries, and collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer services, customer communication and brand awareness.
  • Identify areas of opportunity to improve the overall customer experience and create a high-touch luxury experience.
  • Fully own and manage HelpScout and info@mironcrosby.com inquiries and requests from all customers and ensure all customers are responded to in a timely manner.
  • Manage Product Reviews feature daily for eCommerce.
  • Manage Corporate/Group Gifting Program and ensure that Retail locations are fully trained on program.
  • Manage Birthday Promotion and ensure that Retail Stores are fully trained on the program.
  • Manage Miron Crosby’s Customs program and personalized Ear Pulls for Retail and eCommerce
  • Work closely with production and factory partners to ensure timely delivery of all personalized boots and ear pulls.
  • Partner with Retail stores on customer issues and inquiries as they arise.
  • Manage Miron Crosby Donation program and partner with Retail locations as applicable.
  • Partner cross functionally with Operations, Marketing, Production and eCommerce to create exceptional brand and buying experiences for customers.
  • Partner with manager to create Standard Operating Procedures across the organization as they relate to function.
  • Report on Customer Experience KPIs monthly.


Qualifications: 

  • Previous high-end retail experience preferred.
  • Must possess genuine enthusiasm for fashion and styling.
  • Must possess a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and developing relationships with clients.
  • Must have a commitment to employee growth and development.
  • Must have a high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
  • Must be punctual and responsive.
  • Must have a strong ability to multitask.
  • Priority-setting and time management must be strong suits.
  • Must have strong communication and conflict management skills.
  • Must be eager to develop new skills and responsive to feedback.

  • Must be or will become proficient with Shopify.
